It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Brown of High Ridge, Missouri, born in Prim, Arkansas, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dollar and Naomi Dollar; and her husband Marvin Brown. She is survived by: her son Rick Brown (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Robyn Starks, John Starks, Cami Brown and Cory Brown; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Starks, Isaac Starks, Ethan Brown, Kayla Starks, Kayli Brown, Caleb Brown, Olivia Brown and Brendan Brown.
