She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Farris Self; and her brother Edward McCormack. She is survived by: her children, Glen Self (Barbara) of Palmyra, Virginia, Donald Self (Grace) of Eureka and Edward Self of High Ridge; her grandchildren, Jayme (Jorge), Caitlin (Zac), Greg, Alex and Tommy (Anna); her great grandchildren, Adrian, Alexis, Caleb and Leah; and her brother-in-law Frank Foster. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, family and friends.
