He is survived by: his wife Kathy Irene Winters (Kloepper) of High Ridge, MO; his daughters, Nicole Porter (Robert) of Cypress, TX and Kimberly Vogler (Michael) of House Springs, MO; his brother Richard Winters (Marilyn) of Bonne Terre, MO; and his grandchildren, Rylie, Savannah, Caitlyn, Colton, Charlotte and Madison. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
