She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira E. Culley Sr. and Etta J. Culley; her brothers, Ira E. Culley Jr. and Samuel D. Culley; and her grandson Nicholas S. Decker.
She is survived by: her son Charles L. Martin Jr.; and her siblings, Pam Rose (Wayne), Brenda Galloway (Donnie), Roger Culley (Linda) and Wayne Culley (Virginia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
We are continuing to serve families during the COVID-19 crisis, however some of our options are limited.
