It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Self of High Ridge, Missouri, born in Perryville, Missouri, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Scherer and Dorothy Scherer; her sister Judith Winschel (Patrick); and her brother-in-law Allen Schumer. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Self (Kimberly) and Julie Palmisano (Ronald); her grandchildren, Hailey Palmisano and Samuel Palmisano; her great grandchild Antonio Palmisano; and her sister Janice Schumer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
