He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Tripp and Rena Tripp. He is survived by: his wife Fern Tripp; his children, David Tripp (Sandi), Richard Tripp and Cheryl Scott (Robert); his grandchildren, Brian Tripp (Jen), Shauna Lawson (Stephanie), Benjamin Scott (Breanna), Emily Pearson (Karl) and Sam Tripp (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Evelynn Scott and Allen Scott; and his brother Webster Tripp. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
