With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel McCarthy (High Ridge, Missouri), born in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 2, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert W. Keefer and Sarah Keefer (Keadle); her husband John J. McCarthy; and her siblings, Jere S. Keefer, Virgie M. Stratmann and Lee W. Keefer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael McCarthy, Patricia A. Norris (Ron), Robert A. McCarthy (Jean) and Mary Anne Lambert (Jeff); her grandchildren, Melissa, Kimberly Rebeccah Meghan, Thomas Joseph, ElMarie, Loren, Benjamin and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Kayla and Daniel; and her brothers-in-law, Gerard R. McCarthy (Rosemary) and David F. McCarthy (Bobby). She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
