He is survived by: his brother Mike Willingham (Sandy) of St. Louis; his nephews, Gary Willingham (Christina) of Union and Gregory Willingham of High Ridge; his great-nephews, Drew Willingham of Union, Chase Willingham of Union and Bryce Willingham of High Ridge; and his great-niece Cloe Willingham. He is also survived by cousins; other relatives and many friends.
