She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren Blevins and Sarah "Betty" Blevins; her husband Albert Patriarca; and her siblings, Millie Sanders, Ruby Lee Manis, Dorothy Louise Delk and Kenneth Wayne Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Alberta Lewellen (John) of High Ridge, MO, Anita Killman (Junior) of Dexter, KS, Albert Wendell Patriarca (Anita) of High Ridge, MO and Alan Patriarca (Cecilia) of Barnhart, MO; and her sisters, Betty Lou Hoehn and Sue Copeland. She is also survived by grandchildren and twenty-three (23) great-grandchildren.
