He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Welch (Uebinger); his children, Kelly Lynn Mitts (Richard Hamilton) of Elsberry, Carl Eugene Woods II (Ceecee) of Wentzville and Joshua Lee Woods of Foley, Missouri; and his sister Helen Shrek (Vince) of Beebe, Arkansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
