He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Buckner and Karol Buckner; his grandparents, Franklin Buckner and Kitty Ackerman; his children, Hayli and Steven; his brothers, Ross Buckner (Shannon), Franklin Buckner (Francine) and Mark Buckner (Amanda); his grandmother Shirley Buckner; his uncle Craig; his aunts, Kerri (Bobby), Kay, Barbara, Virginia and Mary; his nieces and nephews, Weslee, Kai, Drew, Avery, Kari and Faith; and his great-nieces, Maele and Evelyn. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations for his children to the Steven Buckner Memorial Fund at Central Bank Lake of the Ozarks, or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
