He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Simkins and Iva Simkins (Anderson); his daughter Terry Garrison; and his sister Norma Jean. He is survived by: his wife Donna Simkins; and his children, Debra Lavatai (Lonnie) of Lakewood, Lori Reicher of Higginsville, Kimberly Briggs of Concordia and Stanley McGroarty, Jr. of Olathe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
