With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Lester Collins of Higginsville, Missouri, who passed away on December 15, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Collins and Ethel LaVerne Collins (Turner); and his siblings, Geraldean Collins, John Calvin Collins and Raymond Wade Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins; his sister Gertrude LaVerne Murrell (late John); his children, Ange Collins, LaShawn Miller (Wade), Dawn Harrison (late Andre), Iesha James (Isaac) and Cheri McDaniel (Ricky); his grandchildren, Destanee, Daitrien, Cierra, Cirron, Paige, Natasha and Shantel; his aunts, Elizabeth West and Dawn Cole; and his cousins, Gary Turner and Michael Collins (Odie Swanegan). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Salem United Church of Christ (1500 N Main St, Higginsville, MO 64037). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
