It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia O'Neal of Higginsville, Missouri, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hembree and Lois Ezella Hendrix; her sons, Stephen O'Neal and Jerry O'Neal, Jr.; and her sisters, Charlotte Dooley and Donna Jones.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry O'Neal; her children, Billy O'Neal of Tulsa, E'lisa Clay (Will) and AJ McCullough of Evergreen, CO; and her sisters, Glenda Walters (Mike) of Dell City, OK, Peggy Lancaster (Bill) of Yukon, OK and Tommie Jean Jones. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Salem United Church of Christ.
