She was predeceased by: her husband Rowan; her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Ainsworth, Dorothy Ann Salyer, John Harry, Robert Lee, Thomas Earl and James Carson Ainsworth; her son Jack E. Wade; her daughter-in-law Linda L. Wade; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Alien, Mary Annette and John Thomas.
