He is survived by: his spouse Mary Elizabeth McFee of Richmond; his children, Charles Whitteck (Crystal) of Cameron and Jeannette Whitteck of Orrick; and his grandchildren, Taylor Vandiver, Taran Vandiver, Cody McMillan, Courtney McMillan, Charlsey Whelchel, Stephanie Boyd, Eric Burton and Landon Whitteck.
