She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth "Wayne" and Carolyn Rose Pugh (Oyler); her grandparents, Kenneth Atch, Ethel Pugh (Templeton), Vernon Wayne and Wilma Oyler (Ellis); her uncles, Samuel W. Pugh and Richard Allen "Rick" Oyler; and her aunt Sheila Oyler.
She is survived by: her brother Kevin Wayne Pugh (April) of Hardin; her nephews, Korbin Wayne Pugh, Kameron Walker Pugh and Kolt Dilyn Pugh; her aunts and uncles, Donald Wayne Oyler (Sandy), David Lee Oyler, James Michael Oyler (Ella), Faye Pugh, Jeanne Anne Pulliam (Steve), Janet Louise McNelly (Kenny) and Catherine Joan Sadler (Ronald); and her close friend Don Blankenship (June). She is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Hardin First Baptist Church or New Hope Cemetery.
