As we bid Kim farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Kim is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Jenkins and Sallie Jenkins (Baumgartner); her husband Kenny Draisey; and her brother Brian Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, David Jenkins (Amanda) of Warrensburg, MO, Julie Ray of Kansas City, MO and Shelia Gibson of Higginsville, MO; her brother Corey Jenkins (Amber) of Lee's Summit, MO; and her grandchildren, Ethan Jenkins, Kylie Gibson and Andres (Jenkins).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Stewart-Hoefer Funeral Home, Inc. (1600 N Main St, Higginsville, MO 64037). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
