He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Theodore White Sr. and Nancy Ann Petillo White; his son Micheal Fletcher; and his granddaughter Annabelle Swift. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Michele Wuthnow (Quentin) of Higginsville, Beth Sapp (Bryce) of Lawson and Becka Wright (Austin) of Higginsville; and his pet Saber. He is also survived by eight grandsons; two granddaughters; one great-granddaughter.
