We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2021, at the age of 89, John H. Ruehter of Higginsville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Ruehter and Julia M. Ruehter (Stedem); and his siblings, Frank Ruehter, Edward Ruehter, George Ruehter, Mary Riley, Katherine Jindra, Virginia Sorenson and Dorothy Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ruehter; his sons, John Ruehter (Marcella) of Omaha and Larry Ruehter (Joyce) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; his siblings, Jim Ruehter of Lexington, Missouri and Ann Orear (Mike) of Grand Pass, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kent Ruehter of Lee's Summit, Kyle Ruehter (Alexandria) of Omaha, Keith Ruehter (Bobbie) of Lee's Summit, David Ruehter of Omaha, Nebraska and Suzan Lindsey (Kevin) of Greenwood, Missouri. He is also survived by four Great-Grandsons, two Great-Granddaughters, other relatives and many friends.
