He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Thompson and Blanche Thompson (Cox); and his siblings, Bob Thompson and Phyllis Schieszer. He is survived by: his wife Lola Thompson (Goring); his children, Jeff Thompson (Leesa) of Overland Park, KS, Jason Thompson of Higginsville, Vincent Thompson (Shiloh) of Higginsville, Matthew "Spud" Hursman (Monica) of Higginsville, Tony Hursman of Nelson, MO, Dana Ottman (Brad) of Westminster, CO and Penny Thompson (Kerry) of Grain Valley, MO; and his sister Betty Glee Hayes of Slater, MO. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.

Because of current health conditions, masks and social distancing are required.

Memorial contributions may be made out to "Family Choice" and they will dedicate the funds according to Paddlefoot's wishes.
