With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Mansfield of Higginsville, Missouri, born in Creighton, Missouri, who passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Honus Mansfield and Rosa Mansfield (North); his former wife Ann Mansfield (Reddick); and his sisters, Frances Guth and Darlene McGehee.
He is survived by: his wife Karon Mansfield (Schumaker); his children, John Mansfield (Leah) of Saginaw, MI and Cindy Fielder (Don) of Belton, MO; his grandchildren, Eric Cowherd, Chelsea Slee, Jacob Mansfield and Zachary Mansfield; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Wolfenbarger, Marcus Wolfenbarger and Presley Hartwig; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Cowherd, Branden Cowherd, Blake Cowherd and Kasen Mansfield.
Memorial contributions can be made out to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Preferred Hospice or American Cancer Society.
