It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Richey of Higginsville, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Morgan and Evelyn Morgan (Dean). She is survived by: her husband George James "Jim" Richey; her son Eric Richey (Crystal) of Higginsville; her sister Sandra Brooks (Danny) of Corder, MO; and her grandson Alex Richey. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
