She is survived by: her grandchildren, Molly Willis (Roy) and Jason Ulrick (Carmen); her great grandchildren, Hannah Nichols, Kayleigh Nichols, April Nichols, Sam Nichols, Wyatt Willis and Justin Ulrick (Alyzza); her niece Tracy Menaugh (Barin); her nephew Wyatt Wilson (Linda); and her caregivers, Julie West, Virginia Derboven, Crystal Wilson, Loch Haven, Jessica, Jeff, Paula, Casey, Loretta and Katie.
