She is survived by: her spouse Roy Eldon Hayes; her children, Roy Edward Hayes (Mary) and Laurie Ann Tuggle (George) of Higbee; and her grandchildren, Marc Hayes, Chad Tuggle (Sara) and Mindy Tuggle. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
