“To Lynn's family, I was at the Mexico Veteran's Home today and heard the news about Lynn. You have my deepest sympathy. My husband, Ed Hendley, was in the room right by Lynn's since November 2014 and I had the opportunity to visit with Lynn many times. We had a love of puzzles in common. He was always so pleasant with me which I will cherish. I also had the pleasure of meeting you all during several Family Days. Lynn and his family will be missed dearly. Virginia Hendley”

“So sorry for your loss, he was a great man and Iam glad that I got to know him while he was at MVH. I was one of his caregivers for 20yrs. He always had a smile and a kind word. I use to watch him put puzzles together. He amazed me in the way he didn't let his being in a wheelchair get him down. He will be missed greatly. I am a better person for knowing him. My Prayers and Sympathy is with you and your family. He brought sunshine to our days at MVH.”
