He is survived by: his wife Janet Stiers; his sons, Cody Ellis (Jamie Mires) of Hermann, MO and Derek Ellis (Andrea) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Madison, Logan Ellis of Hermann, Brady and Kambree Ellis of Kansas City, MO.; his brothers, Vincent Ellis (Ann) of Lee's Summit, MO and Russell Ellis (Michelle) of Fruita, CO.; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred VanBooven of St. Peters, MO, Kathy Heberle (Ron) of Hermann, MO, Julaine Stiers (Paul Land) of Columbia, MO and Larry Stiers (Cathy Hall) of St. Louis, MO.
