He is survived by: his wife Geneva Kemper of Hermann; his children, Lana Dinehart of Pacific, Missouri, Lynn Armstrong (Richard) of Florissant, Missouri and Todd Kemper (Nancy) of Pacific, Missouri; his grandchildren, Sara Shields (Tad) of St. Peters, Missouri, Andrew Armstrong (Kristy) of Alma, Wisconsin, David Armstrong of Florissant, Missouri, Jenifer Kemper of Pacific, Missouri, Lorie Kemper of Pacific, Missouri, Jason Kemper of Pacific, Missouri and Teri Kemper of Pacific, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Kemper Armstrong, Ian and Alexis Shields.
Memorials may be given to St. George Church or Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer .
