She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Krattli and Selma Krattli (Lefholz); her former husband Hellmuth "Monk" Schaefer; her husband Glenn Meyer; and her siblings, Milton Krattli and Edna Mae Hagedorn.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hellmuth Schaefer (Mona) of Hermann, Missouri and Carolyn Ann Schaefer (Jim McQuitty) of Columbia, Missouri; her stepchildren, Glenda Noltensmeyer (John) of Rhineland, Missouri and Steve Meyer (Karen) of Berger, Missouri; and her granddaughter Lauren Marie Schaefer. She is also survived by nephews; five (5) nieces; six (6) stepgrandchildren, and ten (10) stepgreatgrandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, the VFW Auxiliary 4182 of Hermann or the St. Louis Children's Hospital.
