She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cook and Marjorie Cook (Klittich); and her sister Cynda Sommers. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Schwartz; and her sons, Eric Schwartz (Nancy) of Oregon, WI and Kyle Schwartz (Teresa) of Hermann. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Hermann Area District Hospital.
