James Held Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Held (Hermann, Missouri), who passed away on November 8, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin J. Held and Wilma Louise Lydia Held (Bohl); his brothers, Robert and Don Held; and his grandson James R. Held.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Held (Meyer); his children, Jon Held (Karen) of Hermann, Missouri, Patty Held of Hermann, Thomas Held (Andrea) of Hermann and Julie Brandfield (Steve) of New York City; his sister Marilyn Homeister of Tiffon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nathan, Eric Held, Natalie Henson, Grant Uthlaut, Jordan Held, Madeline Sloan, Lincoln Held, Jack and Lydia Brandfield; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Miofsky, Monica Uthlaut, Bonnie Zeiger, Connie Gacich and Casey Barton. He is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the St. Paul U.C.C. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
