He is survived by: his spouse Mary Lynn Leeper (Howard); his children, Tara Zaugg (Dustin) of Clinton, Missouri and Jed Leeper (Ericia) of Salem, Oregon; his grandchildren, Brandon, Sydney, Grady Watson, Kyle, Ryland Zaugg and Nora Leeper; his siblings, Robert Leeper (Sharon) of Hermann, Darrell Leeper (Teresa) of Fulton, Missouri and Mary Ellen Leeper of Texas; and his sisters-in-law, June Howard of Livingston, Texas and Andrea Johnson of Livingston, Texas. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces & nephews.
