She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Todd and Caroline Todd (Schaefer); her husband Fred B. Elflein; her son-in-law Merl Pohlmann; and her siblings, Orvie, Vernal, Albrey, Oran, Viona, Ruby, Meeda, Eunice and Leona.

She is survived by: her daughter Florence Pohlmann of New Haven; and her grandchildren, Thomas "Tiger" Pohlmann of New Haven, Lainee Landolt of Hermann, Jodee Neuberger (Nick) of Washington, Cindy Yarbrough of New Haven and Jim Pohlmann (Leslie) of Washington. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
