With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flora Mae Birk of Hermann, Missouri, born in Rhineland, Missouri, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvan Heying and Alma Heying (Van Booven); her husband Vernon "Pee Wee" Birk; her son Virgil Birk; her siblings, Verniel Baumstark, Roy and Larry Heying; her sisters-in-law, Bertha Van Booven, Margaret Shaner and Kathy Birk; and her nephews, Don Baumstark and Austin Van Booven.
She is survived by: her siblings, Monty Heying of Foristell, Missouri and Sharon Butenhoff of Mellville, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Linda Lampkin of Hermann, Missouri; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Baumstark of Hermann, Missouri, Marvin Birk of Gerald, Missouri, Margie Heying of Imperial, Missouri and Dorothy Birk of Wheaton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great niece & nephews and great-great nieces & nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. George School or masses.
