He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver E. Bell and Agnes G. Bell (Fitzpatrick). He is survived by: his sisters, Gloria Birk of Hermann and Mary Hazelwood of Hermann. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be given to River Bluff Industries (Sheltered Workshop).
