It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donnie Witthaus of Hermann, Missouri, born in Morrison, Missouri, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Witthaus and Matilda Witthaus (Birk); and his siblings, Floyd, LeRoy Witthaus, Talitha Winkelmann, Loretta Whithaus and Darla Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Adlee Witthaus (Rau); his children, D. Scott Witthaus (Diane) of Rogersville, Missouri, J. Todd Witthaus (Kellie) of Hermann, Missouri, Gilbert Witthaus (Annette) of Hermann, Missouri and Dana Engelmeyer (Timothy) of Chesterfield, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jill Bacon (Danny), Logan Witthaus (Rachael), Josh Witthaus (Kallie), Seth Witthaus, Jacob Witthaus, Brooke Witthaus, Abby Gerlemann (Chase), Avery, Luke and Blake Engelmeyer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Memorial donation may be given to Children's Emergency Fund c/o Hermann High School.
