He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo J. Grotewiel and Johanna A. Grotewiel; and his sister Lovenia Wilding. He is survived by: his wife Janet Rosalee Huenefeld of Hermann; his children, Michael Grotewiel of Osage Beach, Mary Grotewiel of Columbia, MO and Rebecca Grotewiel (Terry Liverar) of Arnold, MO; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Laura and Katie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
