She was predeceased by: her father Norville Dollar; her husband Randall Lee Harper (Timothy Rulo); and her brother-in-law Lloyd Ipock. She is survived by: her mother Bessie Trojan (Boyer) of DeSoto, Missouri.; her children, Colby Dollar (Erin) of Hillsboro, Jennifer Balke (Travis) of O'Fallon, Brandi Foreman (Jimmy) of Houston, Jeremiah Rulo of Herculaneum, Robert Rulo of Herculaneum, Randall Rulo (Natalie Reed) of Arnold, Zachary Harper (Miranda Walker) of Imperial, Riley Rulo of Herculaneum and Ryder Rulo of Herculaneum; and her siblings, Ricky Dollar (Debra) of Festus, Penny Ipock of DeSoto, Sherry Brewer (Bobby) of Festus, Kim Donnelly (Tim) of Festus, MO and Debbie DeRousse (Gar) of Festus. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
