He is survived by: his wife Tammy Harper (Dollar); his children, Zachery Harper (Miranda Walker) of Imperial, Colby Dollar (Erin) of Hillsboro, Jeremiah Rulo of Herculaneum, Robert Rulo of Herculaneum, Randall Rulo (Natalie Reed) of Arnold, Jennifer Balke (Travis) of O'Fallon, MO, Brandi Foreman (Jimmy) of Houston, TX, Riley Rulo of Herculaneum, Ryder Rulo of Herculaneum and Amanda Quinn; his siblings, Harold Harper of Fenton, Danny Harper (Lisa) of Festus, Michael Harper of Kansas City, MO, Peggy Schick (Jon) of West Plains, Barbara Smith of Corning, AR, Marlyan Logan (Timothy) of Imperial, Nancy Guess of Medina, Crystal Harper of West Plains and Courtney Harper of St Louis; and his grandchildren, Aiden Dollar, Ella Dollar, Colton Dollar, Trace Balke, Abbi Murray, Emily Murray, Nate Murray, Anna Ford, Jordan Rulo, Ryan Rulo, Gracie Rulo and Kash Rulo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
