She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lewis and Alice Lewis (Rains); her daughter Tiffany Turner; her grandson Aiden; and her sister Marla Crump.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Rulo and Michael Lewis; her grandchildren, Riley, Carson, Ryder, Kayson, Grayson, Gracie, Hailey, Damon and Lilly; and her sisters, Penny Higdon (Ralph) and Diane Usselton (Jim). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
