He was predeceased by: his parents, David West and Karen West (Graham); his grandfather Charlie George; and his sister Jennifer West. He is survived by: his wife Hester; his daughter Hatter Mor West; his grandmother Evelyn George; and his sister-in-law Delilah Bowman.
