He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Keith D. Looten (Gina) of O'Fallon, Todd M. Looten (Fay) of Jefferson City, Missouri and Monica L. Silvey (Jeff) of Jefferson City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Erick K. Feely of Jefferson City, Christopher K. Looten of O'Fallon Missouri, Ember J. Looten of Columbia and Taylor K. Finlay (Will) of Ashland, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Jennings M., Rennick W., Monroe F. Elliott of Ashland, Chase Morgan and Dakota K. Feely of Jefferson City, Missouri; his siblings, Jerry Thompson (Theresa) of Jamesport, Frank Looten (Joann) of Henley, Missouri and Diane Barnes of Shawnee, Kansas; and his siblings-in-law, Leland Breedlove (Karen) of Brashear, Kansas and Dorothy Looten of Columbia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Kitchen Fund.
