He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Noe and Luvina Noe (Miller); his wife Florence Todd Noe; his daughter Sierra S. Noe; and his close friend Stella Peters.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Carol Noe; and his nieces and nephews, Bryan Noe (Macey) of Platte City, David Noe (Bobbie Jo) of Gower, MO., Melissa Wells (John) of Kansas City, MO and Jennifer Hess (Shannon).
