He was predeceased by: his parent Excell Watts, Jr.; and his grandparents, Thorsee Toots, Sr., Alice Toots, Excell Watts, Sr. and Mattie Watts.
He is survived by: his mother Willie Mae Watts; his nephew KeMarte Prince; his children, MaKayla Watts and Nathaniel Cockrell of Macon, Mississippi; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Cash of St. Louis, Marlene Watts of Pine Bluff, Shonnise Watts of Oakland, California, Watts, III of Bakersfield and Aaron Watts of Oakland, California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
