She is survived by: her husband Michael Williams (Sparky); her children, Clint Curtis Williams (Jessica) and Fur; her pet Axl Rose; her sisters, Debbie Blazer (Dan) and Carolyn Dulaney (Wayne); and her nieces and nephews, Dana Blazer (Barrett Kotovsky), Barrett Kotovsky Jr., Danielle Rae Kotovsky, Chuck Jeffers (Jenn) and Christi Wilson (Steve). She is also survived by many family members and friends.
