He was predeceased by: his parents, Jospeh H. Heffner and Minnie M. [Linder] Heffner. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean; his children, Terry [Margaret] Heffner and Tammy Daniels; and his grandchildren, Deanna Heffner, Tricia Heffner, Jason Svoboda and Kelsey Boggs. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
