She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Landrum and Ruth Bryant Landrum; her husband Miles Eugene Lewis; her daughter Jennifer Lewis Mott; and her grandson Marc Randall Fullerton.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Cagle (Jimmy) of Caruthersville, Missouri, Karen Gordon of Braggadocio, Missouri, Chris Lewis (Anita) of Caruthersville, Missouri and Michael Lewis (Layla) of Dyersburg, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Matthew Mott (Tiffany), Jessica Payne (Devon), Blaine Gordon (Kaitlyn), Tristan Lewis and Hayley Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Cade, Kylar, Collin and Daxton. She is also survived by two sisters, as well as many other relatives and friends.
