He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Adkin. He is survived by: his children, Carol Farris of Troy, MO and Jack Adkins, Jr. of Troy, MO; his grandchildren, Katelyn Adkins and Kyle Adkins; and his great grandchild Ellie Woodson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
