He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert I. and Wilma M.; and his siblings, James Headley and Rhoda Headley. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Headley (Lori) of St. Louis, MO and Shannon Headley (Brian Kenney) of St. Louis, MO; his granddaughter Quinn Kenney; and his sister Anita Leemon of Kirkwood, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
