He was predeceased by: his father Dorcie H. Percy; and his godparents, Mabel and Adolph Seda. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Percy (Laux) of Hawk Point, MO; his siblings, Dennis Edward Percy of Troy, MO, Donna Marie Keithley (Jim) of Troy, MO, Darryl Wayne Percy (Diana) of Moscow Mills, MO, David Charles Percy of Hawk Point, MO and Daniel Lee Percy (Melody) of St. Peters, MO; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Widel (Thomas), Julia Crouch (Lane), Meghan Percy, Sarah Percy, Amber Percy, Danielle Percy, Richard Keithley (Nikki) and Michael Keithley (Katie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia Keithley, Amelia Keithley, Logan Keithley, Owen Widel and Jacob Widel; and his sister-in-law Barb Thornhill. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
